B2B Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Representative to expand our portfolio of multi-site facility management clients across the U.S. This role is ideal for a sales professional with an existing book of business and strong relationships within commercial real estate, retail, or facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for facility management services
Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and corporate clients
Present and promote our full range of services (maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, handyman, and integrated facility solutions)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, property management, or related industries
Existing book of business is REQUIRED (active client relationships that can be converted into opportunities)
Strong network within retail, commercial real estate, or multi-site operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
Compensation Structure
