Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Representative with experience in facility management or related industries. This role is ideal for professionals who bring an existing book of business and can immediately generate opportunities within multi-site and commercial accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for facility management services across commercial and multi-location clients
  • Leverage your existing book of business to secure immediate contracts and long-term partnerships
  • Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and corporate decision-makers
  • Present and sell integrated services including maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and client onboarding

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience (facility management, property management, construction, or related field preferred)
  • Existing book of business is REQUIRED (active client relationships that can convert into sales)
  • Strong network within retail, commercial real estate, or multi-site operations
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation structures based on experience and performance:

  • High Commission-Only Plan (ideal for candidates with a strong book of business)
  • Base Salary + Commission Plan (for candidates seeking a stable income with performance incentives)
